Would you rather be able to shapeshift into arachnids, or turn invisible at will?

i can't imagine anyone willing to shape themselves into anything crawling just to be stepped on to a quick death the next minute... but i like the idea of being invisible.. . on contrary to most comics/movies/stories.. it's actually one of the greatest, even imaginary ability, any person can have. any thinker can rule the world literally just by using such advantage.
